The ‘Be Stupid’ campaign running on the philosophy ‘Never Be Brave Be Stupid’ advertising via various phrases through this theme…I remember coming across it in the form of large posters outside a Diesel store in Barcelona last month.
The video reveals all…It has some nice,simple animations.

Theres also a cool application on the site where you can re-arrange several words to create a phrase which is immediately played back to you…in an albeit monotonous female voice. Its quite cool, the word selection is quite good and the process is pretty effecient.

The first thing that stands out this season is the use of color, and not just any color, but bright primary and secondary colors, such as yellows, greens and blues. A new addition to the G-Star brand is the women-only Low-T collection, inspired by Liv Tyler, who also offered some creative input.
Also there are several relatively new collections, as well as a collaboration with Marc Newsome, under the G-Star Raw brand. They are Raw Essentials, Low-T, Organic Raw, Correct Line and GS Destroy. There are some elements that carryover into each line like chunky knits and dresses, but for the most part, each collection has it’s own distinct look.

Creative mastermind Matt Pyke with UK-based design and art studio Universal Everything present an awe-inspiring short movie that celebrates the release of the 2010 Brazils National Team Jersey.
Also apprently Brazils Jersey as all of Nikes national teams is the most environmentally-friendly and technologically-advanced kit in footballs history, made entirely from recycled polyester, each one produced from up to eight recycled plastic bottles. wow?
The animation looks pretty slick.

I’ve seen posters everywhere of the G-Star 2010 Fall/Winter collection. It always captures my attention. I dont think its because Liv Tyler (who i thought i recognised and then found out she played Arwen from LOTR and was like duhh) is quite beautiful or because of the iconic brand. But because something a friend once said to me ‘People look better in black & white.’ Not that i fully agree with this statement but it sort of…works…
